Mystery thriller 'WWW' (Who, Where, Why) directed by renowned cinematographer KV Guhan. Formed as a first time computer screen based movie, the film stars Adit Arun and Shivani Rajasekhar as the heroines. The film was released on Sony Live. And let's go into the review and see how this movie is.
Movie Story:
Vishwa (Aditya Arun) is an illegal hacker. He earns money by hacking with his friends. Mitra (Shivani Rajasekhar) comes into his life like that. Vishwa falls in love with Mitra. Some unexpected events take place in order to win her love. A man who lost his life due to a hacking done by Vishwa and his team in the past. What kind of suffering did the universe suffer because of him? Is the rest of the story.
Plus points:
Director KV Guhan opens the film with another aspect of the cyber crime thriller, especially touching on the extreme emotions of different characters. The thrilling elements of the film and the variations in the characters are the main attraction. Also some scenes in the first half and two thrilling scenes coming in the pre-climax are impressive.
Aditya Arun, who played the hero in this movie, played his role very well. Shivani Rajasekhar in particular did full justice to his role by impressing with his performance in the embarrassing scenes of being caught by the villain. Shivani Rajasekhar, who played the heroine, impressed with her screen presence as well as glamor. Satyam Rajesh and Priyadarshi, who played key roles in the film, also acted well.
Minus points:
Director KV Guhan came up with a good story idea but failed to come up with a suitable treatment for the idea. Some scenes in the second half went on unnecessarily. However, due to the short length of the film, the audience does not feel slow narration anywhere. But there is no speed in the story.
Unless the scenes between the hero and the heroines are set for a time pass .. they will not drive the story anywhere. The main plot of the story over and over is very poor. In addition, the whole story ran with unproductive psychological imbalance with scenes that lacked logic. On the whole the director could not make the storylines interesting.
It would have been nice if he had paid more attention to the script. Also, adding twists and some thrilling elements in an interesting way would be a plus for the film.
Technical Aspects:
Speaking of technicians .. the music provided by the music director is good. No cinematography work. However, despite the large indoor locations, some scenes were well shot. And the editing is very crispy. Editing was a plus for the film. Especially the computer-screen based scenes are very well cut. The production values adopted by the producer are good.
Final Verdict:
Some of the thrilling elements, and the main point and the emotions of the main characters are impressive in this cybercrime mystery thriller called ‘WWW’. However, the lack of proper treatment to suit the story, scenes without logic, boring play, etc., minus the film. Audiences who like thriller movies as a whole will be connected to some of the elements in this movie.
